Re: SDC bridge change

Hi Ofir,

According to the calendar bookings on onap-sdc, onap-sdnc and onap-oof lists, there are no conflicting ONAP3 meetings adjacent to SDC at Monday 1100 UTC nor at Tuesday 1500 UTC.

However, on onap-discuss list, there are adjacent meetings on other bridges:

- Monday 0900-1000 UTC VFC team ONAP6
- Tuesday 1400-1500 UTC AAF team ONAP7
- Tuesday 1430-1530 UTC Tuesday University subcom ONAP10
- Tuesday 1500-1600 UTC Tuesday LOG weekly ONAP6
- Tuesday 1500-1600 UTC Tuesday VVP team ONAP9

Some possibilities come to mind:
1 - someone is using a previous ONAP3 assignment and hasn't updated to the latest reorganisation
2 - someone is using the ONAP3 accidentally to attend one of the other meetings
3 - someone is intentionally using ONAP3 to host unscheduled meetings

In the first instance, meeting hosts please check the calendars on lists.onap.org and the bridge assignments on the wiki are both up-to-date:
https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Calendar+and+Bridge+FAQ#CalendarandBridgeFAQ-BridgeManagerslistbridgemgrslist

In the second instance, meeting hosts are reminded as per:
https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Calendar+and+Bridge+FAQ#CalendarandBridgeFAQ-ZoomBridgeOverview:

"IF YOU ARE A HOST PLEASE LOG OFF OF THAT ZOOM HOST ACCOUNT WHEN YOUR MEETING IS OVER.
DO NOT log into a different meeting using the same Host account
A meeting owner has the right to terminate a meeting that is preventing their scheduled meeting from starting"

https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Calendar+and+Bridge+FAQ#CalendarandBridgeFAQ-HowdoIkillan%22InProgress%22meeting?kill

In the third instance, could the unknown meeting host please enter your meeting into the calendar?!

Ofir,
you and Michela are list moderators on onap-sdc, so you are empowered to rearrange the sdc calendar as required.
That would include updating the event to show the alternate meeting ID or organising an entirely new meeting ID.

You will probably want to check with the other ONAP3 meeting hosts too.
