Update on this issue:
This issue occurred because we had restarted the Holmes Engine pod, and hence the pod IP address had changed. But the Holmes Engine API was registered with the old pod IP in MSB. Hence when rule management component was invoking Engine API , MSB would use the old pod IP. Once we updated the pod IP for the API in MSB, this issue was solved.
