I don’t believe DCAE not being deployed would cause that error. I suspect more that SDNC might not have processed the TOSCA distribution correctly – either maybe due to a timing issue (if say it was pushed before SDNC was fully up) or
due to some processing error.

I will check them. Just one small thing. I have not deployed DCAE in our cluster (we currently do not have enough resources for all components) because it did not seem useful for instantiating a service. Can it be the cause of the problem?
