Dear Michael and Gildas,

After our meeting yesterday with Mo, I spoke yesterday to Ryan and asked him if he could please
be able to look into the GC task that seems to be causing some of these issues and
to also look at the heap and memory sizes to make sure we are able to use the
resources we have more efficiently.

I will close this ticket for now since there are many instances of the same problem and just
leave the latest topic opened so that we can put all our comments there.
