For sorting discussion topics Groups.io uses #hashtags for management.  Mailman used [tags]

You tag a message with a #hashtag by including it within or at the end of the subject line of the message.   
For onap-discuss I have created #hashtags for all of the pre-existing [tags] in place before the move to groups.io.

POLL: Does the Community want the use of hashtags made mandatory for anything sent to onap-discuss?
this means that anything sent to onap-discuss must have at least 1 #hashtag in the subject line

Poll closes Monday @ 5 PM pacific, unless it is clearly a landslide one way or the other.
