Mercury Release TSC approve Policy project, VNF SDK Project.
For VNF Package, we need somewhere to place the policy file and function-test script, attachment is my suggestion (Base R1 CSAR Spec).
As Time is limit, I suggest everyone can give your suggestion/comments before 2017-2-10.
